Summary

Provide Administrative Support for the Parts & Service branch location.

Core Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls to the Service Branch

  • Take and deliver phone messages for Branch staff

  • Direct visitors appropriately

  • File work orders alphabetically

  • Occasional data entry

  • Plan and coordinate employee functions with Branch Manager

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education Required

  • High School Diploma or GED

Minimum Years of Experience Required

  • 1-2 years clerical administrative experience
