Then Project Office Coordinator in Product Design is the position for you!

We offer you an exciting position where you will

  • Coordinate the planning, forecasts, and follow up analysis of the financial aspects of our Product Design project portfolio with line and project managers

  • Coordinate and plan investments for our Greensboro Design Studio

  • Suggest updates and improvements for ways of working and systems in the financial area

  • Support the Site Manager in administrative tasks related to the site operation

  • Interact with the Global Product Design in financial and administrative matters


  • Consolidated financial estimations, forecasts and follow up submitted and updated in a timely manner

  • Consolidated investment plans and requests submitted in a timely manner

  • Provide financial information when requested from Global Product Design

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • Minimum BSc. in Finance, Master's degree preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience in finance

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft office tools and financial systems, e.g. SAP
