Then Project Office Coordinator in Product Design is the position for you!
We offer you an exciting position where you will
Coordinate the planning, forecasts, and follow up analysis of the financial aspects of our Product Design project portfolio with line and project managers
Coordinate and plan investments for our Greensboro Design Studio
Suggest updates and improvements for ways of working and systems in the financial area
Support the Site Manager in administrative tasks related to the site operation
Interact with the Global Product Design in financial and administrative matters
Consolidated financial estimations, forecasts and follow up submitted and updated in a timely manner
Consolidated investment plans and requests submitted in a timely manner
Provide financial information when requested from Global Product Design
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
Minimum BSc. in Finance, Master's degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of industry experience in finance
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office tools and financial systems, e.g. SAP
Good communication and networking skills
Hands-on problem-solving attitude
Well organized, structured and accurate to manage and keep several diverse systems updated
Good analytical skills with a pragmatic approach
Fluent in English
