To provide and secure / agree on overall geometrical planning to reach balanced Geometrical Requirements geometrical activities and provide balanced Geometrical Requirements to all stakeholders. assigned in order to achieve best possible offer to customer. The purpose for a Cab Geometrical Architect (GA) within GTT Cab is to lead the geometry work in projects and to secure X-functional balanced and verified geometrical sub-area.
The Cab GA is the owner and driver of the geometry within assigned sub-area in the project. This means that he/she has the responsibility to make sure that Geometrical project deliveries regarding cab offer are planned and x-functionally agreed and meet the right maturity/quality from geometrical point of view
Managing the geometrical issues and drive for a balanced and agreed technical solution in assigned Sub-area, this includes all types of interfaces and geometrical deliveries
Escalating all non-solved geometrical issues to respective PMs, Line Managers
Reaching quality and maturity targets on the Geometrical deliverables in his sub-area and to report if actions taken or not by project that could lead to quality or maturity issues related to the Geometrical deliverables to team for further investigation or correctional activities
Geometrical delivery planning his/hers assigned sub area to meet the project overall geometrical time-plan , this to secure fulfillment of the Development loop targets related to/in his /hers assigned sub-area
Supports the Product Structure team in creating the BPS (Base Product Specification), when it comes to geometrical restrictions and variant limitations in assigned sub-area
Provide required geometrical interface description of cab unique sub-areas including electrical routing, bodybuilder and accessories in assigned sub-area

Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's of Engineering, Masters Degree Preferred
3-5 year of Cab Packaging experience, Geometrical Architect Experience, Automotive Experience is must
